01. About Vespera Systems

Vespera Systems LLC provides data recovery and export tools. By using the Vespera Recovery Tool (VRT), you acknowledge that you are using a browser-based utility that processes data locally on your device.

02. Your Responsibility

VRT operates entirely within your browser. You are responsible for your own API keys (if applicable), session data, and any content you extract. Vespera Systems does not access, store, or transmit your data.

03. License

Your purchase grants a perpetual, non-transferable license for the specific version of VRT purchased. This license is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized in writing by Vespera Systems LLC.

04. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product and low price point, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues, contact support@vesperasystems.ai for assistance.

05. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use Vespera Systems products.

06. Limitation of Liability

VRT processes data locally on your device. Vespera Systems LLC does not custody your data and assumes no liability for its content, loss, or misuse. Use of VRT is at your own risk.

07. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
